For the 2nd year in a row, we are welcoming the community to share their Nativities, and view the collection in the meetinghouse, beautifully adorned for Christmas, on Friday evening 12/8 from 7-9pm, and Saturday from 11am – 2pm.
While viewing the collections, visitors will be serenaded by live Christmas music performed by local musicians.
There is no charge for the event, but proceeds from a free will offering will go to the Connecticut Chapter of Casting For Recovery, an organization that enhances the lives of women with breast cancer by connecting them to each other and nature through the therapeutic sport of fly fishing. We love stories about your Nativity. Be sure to give Information..
In addition to loaner’s name, please consider including a short writeup about it. How old it is; Was it a gift? Is it part of a family tradition?, etc.) so that visitors can learn a little something about each Nativity.
